Chapman Eastway - Professional Standards Legislation
Chapman Eastway participates in a Scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation. This Scheme is designed to limit the maximum liability for damages arising out of a cause of action for occupational and professional liability which may be awarded against members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Australian Society of CPAs who hold a certificate of Public Practice. Under this Scheme, liability is limited to $500,000 where the fee charged is less than or equal to $50,000.
