We offer a four-year fully supported cadetship programme incorporating both full-time and part-time study.
We’re flexible about our cadetship arrangements and will from time to time amend them to suit individuals and campuses.
- Cadets typically spend one semester as full-time students and qualify for the Austudy away from home allowance plus a generous book allowance.
- The remaining semester is as a part-time student, working for 4.5 days per week, allowing a morning or afternoon for attendance at university.
- While working the part-time semester, study and exam leave of up to 6 days is granted as well as a book allowance and market-related salary. Working hours will be flexible to fit in with your university timetable.
- Between semesters and during university holidays, cadets may work full-time in which a market related salary will be paid, and annual leave may be taken.
