Accounting and Taxation Services for Government Contractors
How can we help you?
More than 500 small businesses contract with the government and are subject to financial assessment.
Government contractors are required to be financially assessed when undertaking major projects.
Many contractors fail the financial assessment process because they cannot produce recent financial statements or fail to meet the solvency criteria.
To help solve these issues, we can offer you the following schedule of services:
- Bookkeeping
- Accounting
- Taxation
Access to these services will enable you:
- Completion of accounts within 3 months of year end;
- Maintenance of MYOB (or other ledger) so that a profit and loss and balance sheet can be run at any time (with retained earnings reconciling with the previously compiled accounts); and
- Annual solvency check against standard criteria.
Additional services we can provide are:
- Assistance with completing financial reporting requirements of tenders
- Advice on credit worthiness (based on assessment criteria)
- Advice on the funding structure of the businesses
- Tax planning
- Other advice as required
