Build on the graduates theoretical knowledge base with practical experience. Principally compliance work with a small exposure to taxation and audit. Supervised by a Manager throughout assignments. |

Years 2-3 |
Accountant |
Have commenced CA Year studies. Responsible for a group of clients and reporting to a manager. Expected to be able to complete compliance work with little supervision. Beginning to have client contact and expected to have developed good verbal and written communication skills. |

Year 4 |
Senior |
Hold professional qualifications and competent in all aspects of Business Services. Constant client contact and able to complete all compliance work without supervision. Expected to begin taking an active role in the firms operations and personal development through participation in discussion groups, CA support or alternative avenues. |

Year 6 |
Manager |
Supervise small team with complete responsibility for organising workloads, meeting deadlines and billing fees for a client list. Responsible for a segment of the firms procedures (ie staff training or systems development). Creating value added opportunities for clients and assisting partners in special work. |

Year 10 |
Associate |
Take on a salaried partner role. Develop own portfolio of clients and develop field of speciality. Become integral in the firms decision making process. Represent the firm in the community by public speaking, articles and community involvement. Demonstrate your worth to the firm. |

Year 12 |
Partner |
Make a financial investment in the firm by the acquisition of goodwill and profit share.
